Please be advised of my policies:
Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, I have modified my cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all my clients. I hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, I understand and request for you to please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations at this time. I am closely monitoring guidelines released by state and local officials and am confident that the measures I've put into place to continue to provide a safe and sanitary environment. When you arrive for your appointment please text or call to tell me you have arrived so I can come get you to avoid crowding of the common areas. Please use a mask while in the building. With that, I want everyone that comes in to feel safe and comfortable where you can actually breathe and relax, so you are not required to wear a mask while in service. I will be wearing a mask and and a fresh apron. If doing an in-home treatment, weather permitting, outside would be preferable but if not a well ventilated area inside will work. Hands will be sanitized upon arrival. The Massage Table, Face Cradle, Floors, Door Handles are properly sanitized in-between each client and extra time is given to ensure proper sanitization time.

- Cancellation: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation/changes of an appointment, or you will be charged in full for the appointment. No shows will be charged without question.
- Tardiness: Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.
- Sickness: For safety and comfort, my studio is properly disinfected with Barbicide after each client, massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived. You are responsible for paying the missed appointment/late cancellation fees.
- Draping: Draping is required.
- Sexual remarks, derogatory terms, advances, innuendo, jokes, illicit conduct or gestures will result in immediate termination of the session. Request for sexual activity will not be tolerated and will be viewed as solicitation, and will be reported to the authorities. Client will be held responsible for the full cost of the session.
